1. Information we collect

Account information. When you sign up, we collect your email address. If you connect your Instagram account, we access your public profile information and post data through the Meta API.

Usage data. We collect standard analytics data including pages visited, features used, and session duration through Vercel Analytics. This data is anonymized and aggregated.

Waitlist. If you join our waitlist, we store your email address to notify you when access is available.

2. How we use your information

To provide and improve AdBloom's services
To analyze your Instagram content for ad performance potential
To create and manage Meta ad campaigns on your behalf
To send you product updates and service communications
To monitor and improve site performance

3. Meta and Instagram data

When you connect your Instagram account, we access your posts, engagement metrics, and public profile information through official Meta APIs. We use this data solely to identify high-performing content and create ad campaigns. We do not sell or share your Instagram data with third parties.

You can disconnect your Instagram account at any time through Settings, which revokes our access to your data.

4. Ad spend and payments

AdBloom does not process or store your payment card details for ad spend. All ad budgets are paid directly to Meta through their payment system. Subscription payments for AdBloom are processed by Stripe. We do not have access to your full card number.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

Meta/Facebook — to run ad campaigns you authorize
Supabase — our database and authentication provider
Vercel — our hosting and analytics provider
Stripe — for subscription payment processing

6. Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request deletion of your data
Disconnect your Instagram account at any time
Unsubscribe from marketing communications

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. Vercel Analytics uses privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics that do not track individual users across sites.
